About me
I’m Helen, a CRM specialist with over a decade of experience helping brands understand, engage and retain their customers through the power of CRM.
From my first role on the shop floor, to my degree in Sociology from the University of Warwick, to more than ten years in digital marketing, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how people think, interact and stay loyal, and how data can bring those behaviours to life.
In 2025, after ten years in-house and over a year agency-side, I took the leap into freelancing to help more businesses make their CRM simple, strategic and effective.
